There are 2 ways of adding a child to a family.


Option 1

Step 1: Click on Families on the menu bar 



Step 2: Select Families

Step 3: Select a family's account  


Step 4: Click on Green + to add another child


Step 5: Fill out the form with the child details

Please note that anything with an * is a compulsory field to enter in




Step 6: Click on Open Full form to fill out further details

This will open up further sections for you to fill in further details about the child such as health and diet information, cultural details and court orders



Step 6: Click Save


Congratulations you have added a child to the family's account!


Option 2

Step 1: Click on Families on the menu bar 



Step 2: Select children tab

Step 3: Click on Green + to add another child

Step 4: If you are in the enterprise access > select the centre and family from the drop down or type the centre/family in


If you are in the centre access > click on the family

Step 5: Fill out the form with the child details

Please note that anything with an * is a compulsory field to enter in




Step 6: Click on Open Full form to fill out further details

This will open up further sections for you to fill in further details about the child such as health and diet information, cultural details and court orders



Step 6: Click Save


Congratulations you have added a child to the family's account!
